Upper Body Handle Band in Door

All you need is a handle band and a secure doorknob or frame -- attach the band to the door and get ready to work arms, chest, back and of course, core. A lot of cues so that you'll learn how to properly engage your core while working chest/arms/abs. Add squats and lunges to make this more full body.
